Ceramics: My Whimsical, Handbuilt Pieces for Home & Gifting

Ceramics: My Whimsical, Handbuilt Pieces for Home & Gifting

I make ceramics that are meant to spark joy every time you walk past them. In my Ceramics & Homewares collection you’ll find mini vases, tiny fairy houses and cheerful ceramic mushrooms, plus a few homeware goodies featuring my art. Every piece is designed to be used, gifted and enjoyed daily.

What makes my handbuilt ceramics special?

I handbuild most of my pieces, so you’ll see subtle variations in form and glaze. That individuality is the charm. I lean into playful shapes and nostalgic motifs to add a pop of colour and character to your shelf, bedside table or desk. You can browse the full collection HERE

Shop the look: mini vases, fairy houses and Mushrooms

  • Mini Fairy House — a pocket-sized folk-art moment for a bookcase, window cill or fairy garden.

  • Ceramic Mini Vases — small bud vases that make simple stems look boutique. Cluster a few or style one on your desk.

  • Ceramic Mini Mushrooms — sculptural, joy-forward decor in multiple colours. They’re instant conversation starters.

Most pieces sit at friendly price points, with plenty under $25 for easy gifting. Check the collection for current colours, sizes and availability.

Gift ideas under $25 (that don’t feel “under $25”)

If you’re watching the budget, pair a mini vase with a single stem, tuck a fairy house in with a kids’ craft kit, or team a ceramic whale with a handwritten note. Affordable, personal and memorable.

How I style mini vases at home

  1. Rule of threes: I arrange three mini vases at different heights for instant balance.
  2. Short stems win: Bud vases shine with one or two blooms trimmed tight.
  3. Use trays: A small tray or book helps everything feel intentional.
  4. Mix textures: Ceramics with glass and greenery adds depth.

Care tips so your ceramics last

  • Dust gently with a soft cloth and spot clean with mild soap and water.
  • Avoid scourers that can dull the surface.
  • Pop felt pads underneath if styling on delicate timber.
  • If you’re using pieces as vessels, empty and dry them after use.
